My Little Achievement

Finally I am happy with my Blog set up. Now I can directly go to all etec623 scholars site from my blog without going back and forth to B/Board. I am still having trouble with listing my comments to some of the sites. I have some comments to Dale, Susan, Linda, Rose etc. , but for some reasons, my postings were not accepted. After many times I had to re-type, I ended up with saving these comments to Microsoft Word for now. I am working on fixing this problem. I should be able to fix it, and I will post them later.

Hi DeNguyen,

You are coming along fine with your post, keep trying to post to others, I can not help you with your problem with posting I never have had or heard anyone have that problem.

What are you holding in your hands in the Summer 06 picture? Where were you?

Hi De,

I have to agree with your comment that leadership sometimes is learned and it takes time to develop.

Leadership is a state of mind and a way of life. Some people are naturals and some will have to learn it. It can be argued on both sides as to leadership being the result of nature or nurture. But one thing I can not argue against is that education will help improve leadership qualities.

Hi!
I would love to know how to set up the "scholar names" on my blog so that I don't have to keep clicking back and forth.
Yuor site looks good, it looks like the extra time paid off!!

Hello De,

Indeed, as you mentioned it in your blog: leadership is ahead of management. Management is interested in maintaining control of the current situation, while leadership tends to break away from the "status quo" of things; leadership is daring, calculates risk and is not afraid of change. Sometimes, depending on how you look at management and leadership, these two might appear to be opposites of each other.
In any event, good job with your response regarding the topic of the differences between management and leadership.

Bob Flores.

sometimes the word verrification beats the best of us, but don't give up, I had to try three times to post on your site tonight. I think my red/green color blindness is coming back to haunt me and the fact I cannot spell
